Geophysicist graduated from the IPN, ESIA Ticomán Unit. Master in Earth Sciences, Institute of Geophysics, UNAM. Professor of Geophysical Records at the ESIA Ticomán Unit of the IPN. Co-responsible for a flagship project IPN-Science and Technology Commission, Chamber of Deputies (2016).
