A professional who is dedicated to generating and implementing sustainable proposals and public policies (covering environmental, economic and social aspects) in favor of vulnerable populations, for 25 years. I am an expert in the field of rural research, sustainable development, and market and socioeconomic studies. I have 10 years of experience as an external methodologist and advisor in academic research for various universities and undergraduate and graduate specialties. Leading development and research projects financed with European and American funds.
