Biography

Mr. Ram Kumar is a dedicated professional currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Government Engineering College, Khagaria, located in Raun, Alauli, Bihar, India. Ram Kumar completed M.Tech in Control and Instrumentation from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, Punjab, India. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (part-time) in the Department of Instrumentation and Control Engineering at the National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India. This demonstrates his commitment to both teaching and research, as he strives to contribute to the academic community while furthering his own understanding of advanced concepts and methodologies. With over two years of industry experience and four years of teaching and research experience, Ram Kumar brings a wealth of practical insights and theoretical knowledge to his role as an educator and researcher. His professional journey has encompassed diverse areas within Power System and Control Engineering, reflecting his versatile skill set and broad expertise. Ram Kumar's areas of interest span a broad spectrum of topics, including control theory and applications, circuit design, model order reduction, optimization, robotics, renewable energy, and control of lower extremity exoskeletons. His multidisciplinary approach to research underscores his innovative thinking and willingness to explore new avenues for technological advancement. Throughout his career, Ram Kumar has been actively involved in various research projects funded by esteemed organizations such as the Government of India, the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), and the Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB). Ram Kumar has published over 13 research articles in reputable national and international journals and conferences. In addition to his research contributions, Ram Kumar serves as an editor for the Journal of Control Science and Engineering (CSE) published by the Science Publishing Group.
