Electronic and Computer Sciences Engineer with master’s degree in international business and post graduate certification in Data Sciences. After a decade working as Hardware and Software Design Engineer (developer), moved to Microsoft Corp, working in Professional Services (Consulting, Enterprise Support, Technical Support) for over 20 years. As an independent professional, currently working for digital government projects under the sponsorship of large public sector finding organizations, with roles as Data Scientist, System Engineer, and Solution Architect. As an independent researcher, the study of real Machine Learning and AI and their real-world adoption; publishes periodically in specialized and market-oriented magazines. Currently writing a Cloud Technologies book oriented to the Asian market.
