Biography
In the academy we started 11 years ago at the university level, in the future we will give a professorship at the postgraduate level, all the experience we have had in the research area and in the field with producers has helped us provide feedback with the academy, that is why I emphasize that it is necessary to complement the theoretical part with practice so that learning is meaningful, and above all, that experience that is given is always considered and valued in the same way as theory. We have taught different subjects, although the most appropriate to our area is soil fertility, pedology, and plant nutrition. In my professional career we have worked in the consulting part directly in the field with rubber, African palm, cassava, cocoa and Persian lemon farmers. Although research is part of the academy, we have also worked in coordination with fellow teachers and a team of researchers from different institutions.
