Dr. Florin Alexandru Stan

Biography

Florin Alexandru Stan (April 5, 1998) is a Romanian author, composer, professor and researcher. He started writing scientific literature on innovation methods for marketing when he was undergoing his Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Bucharest, Faculty of Marketing, writing his first book: Innovative Methods for Online Marketing. At that time he started teaching to public colleges in Bucharest, as well as joining the Erasmus School of Economics as a professor. Later on, he pursued his MBA at the University of Bucharest, publishing his second book: The Role of Operations Management in Modern Organizations, in 2022. He began his research in the field of education, while simultaneously starting his Ph.D. in Marketing at the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, publishing scientific books in both fields. From 2022 to 2023, Florin Alexandru Stan published numerous scientific articles in the area of innovative economics and education in international journals, mostly based in Europe. In this timeframe he also published the book called: The Pensions Situation in Romania, who analyzed the criteria of public and private systems of pensions in Romania, one of the most notable pieces of economic scientific literature on the subject. Participating in international conferences such as ICESS, ETIMM, ICTAM, ICSSE, the research focus changed to a more macro-level approach. In 2024 he joined The Writers' Union of Romania. In 2025 he was awarded Best Doctoral Research Award by the 10th Emerging Trends in Marketing and Management International Conference for the scientific article: “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Marketing Campaigns Developed by Universities to Attract Students“ as well as having his first TED talk entitled ”Embracing the Next Financial Crisis”.
