Biography
Graduate in History, Master in Political Science and Doctor in Political Science from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Currently is Professor at Department of Social Sciences, and at Post Graduate Program in Political Science and International Relations of Federal University of Paraíba. Has experience in Political Science, Foreign Policy, Political Discurse, Legislative Studies, and Brazilian's Political History.
