Biography
Hyesong Ha is an assistant professor at the Graduate School of Public Policy (GSPP), Nazarbayev University. He received his Ph.D. at the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs(SPEA) of Indiana University at Bloomington, IN. His academic interests cover employee empowerment and HRM, e-governments and organizational innovation, public health, organizational behavior and theory, policy analysis, and data analytics and quantitative methods. His work has been published in the Public Organization Review, Australian Journal of Public Administration, European Journal of Training and Development, Asia Pacific Journal of Public Administration, and Lex Localis among others, in addition to a book chapter of Social Injustice in Consolidated Authoritarian Regimes on the book, Social Justice in a Turbulent Era.
