Biography
The candidate holds an European PhD in "Storia, cultura, civiltà" (University of Bologna, 2020) and an International PhD in "Historia y Arqueología" (Complutense University of Madrid, 2022). He is also a graduate in History (UCM, 2015) and Master in Medieval Studies (UCM, 2016). He is attached to the University of Castilla-La Mancha. He has developed two lines of research in the framework of urban studies in the late Middle Ages: city networks and political relations in the urban sphere, with scientific results such as 5 scientific articles, 9 book chapters, 2 books, 2 datasets, 3 dissemination texts, 6 participations in projects and research groups, 33 contributions to scientific events and 16 event organisations. It also participates in the evaluation of academic works ("Artes. Rivista di arte, letteratura e musica dell'Officina San Francesco Bologna", "International Network. Small cities in time" and "Educational Contexts"). With regard to academic training and teaching experience, 1 UCLM postdoctoral contract (2022-2024), 1 FPU predoctoral contract from the Government of Spain (2018-2022), 1 Erasmus Plus predoctoral mobility grant (2019), 3 months postdoctoral stay (Autonomous University of Madrid, 2024) and 17 months of predoctoral stay (UniBo and University of Genoa, 2017-2019), 13 teaching courses and 21 research courses, 208 hours of university teaching,the direction of 7 Master's Thesis, 4 teaching innovation projects, 4 workshops for students and 1 e-learning paper. He also received excellent evaluations from students (2020-21 and 2021-22, Docentia UCM programme). Finally, it has participated in 2 Public History activities and has organised 6 scientific dissemination workshops.
