Biography
Ihsan Muhammad is a soil scientist focused on abiotic-stress physiology, soil microbiology, and climate-smart cropping systems. He earned a PhD from Northwest University (China) and completed postdoctoral research at Guangxi University’s Colleges of Agriculture and Forestry, producing influential meta-analyses on melatonin-mediated stress tolerance in cereals, cover crops, and greenhouse-gas emissions. His work appears in journals such as Plant Physiology, Geoderma, and Soil & Tillage Research, and he has received the Chinese Government Scholarship and Outstanding International Graduate honors.
