Dr. Muhammad Munawir Pohan

Biography

Muhammad Munawir Pohan, M.Pd., was born on May 14, 1988, in Berangir, North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. He completed his primary and secondary education, including *Madrasah Aliyah* (Islamic senior high school), in North Labuhanbatu Regency, North Sumatra Province, Indonesia. In 2010, he earned his Bachelor's degree in Islamic Educational Management from the State Islamic University of North Sumatra (UIN-SU), Indonesia. In 2014, he obtained his Master's degree in Educational Administration from the Postgraduate Program at the State University of Medan (UNIMED), Indonesia. In 2026, he completed his doctoral program in Islamic Educational Management at UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi, Indonesia. Currently, he serves as a lecturer (civil servant) in the Islamic Educational Management Study Program at the State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Kerinci, Jambi, Indonesia, and holds the position of Secretary for the Master's Program in Islamic Educational Management at the same institution.
