Biography
As a lecturer in the Islamic Education Management Study Program at IAIN Kerinci's Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK), Dr. Ali M Zebua shows high dedication in educating the nation's next generation. In addition, he also made a significant contribution to the discourse of environmental leadership through an innovative leadership model known as "Principal's eLeadership." In his dissertation, Dr. Zebua formulated an environmental leadership model for school principals consisting of 12 main dimensions, including sustainable vision, environmental awareness, environmental ethics and values, communication skills, and collaborative leadership. Apart from being a lecturer, Dr. Zebua is a reviewer and editor for reputable national journals and international reviewers. Some of his book works can also be seen on his Google Scholar account.
