Dr. Biplove Bala

Biography

My name is Biplove Bala. As a Research Scholar in the Department of Entomology at Nagaland University, My research focus on sustainable pest management. My work integrates laboratory experimentation, field studies and analytical techniques to understand nanoparticle-pest interactions. I received the Best M.Sc. Thesis Award for my postgraduate research and was also honoured with the Global Young Entomologist Award, reflecting my academic commitment and scientific potential. In addition to my core research, I possess comprehensive general laboratory experience, including insect rearing, sample processing, microscopy, biochemical assays, biosafety handling, and routine operation of analytical instruments supporting entomological and nanotechnology driven investigations.
