Biography

Fang Meihua, female, born on April 22,1982, graduated from the Central Institute of Korean Studies (South Korea) with a Ph.D. in Sociology. She has long been engaged in research on transnational mobility and the consciousness of the Chinese nation community, as well as studies in women's sociology, affective sociology, and women's narrative cognition. She has published two monographs, including "The Reproduction and Return of Boundaries in Transnational Space" and "The Life and Women's Liberation of Korean Women in China," and over 20 papers, such as "An Analysis of the Basic Elements for Strengthening the Consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community." She has also led and completed the National Social Science Fund project "Research on the Transnational Mobility of Korean Women in China and the Basic Elements for Strengthening the Consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community" (20BMZ122) and more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level research projects.
