Biography

Dr. Murro is a professor 2 of Jose Rizal Memorial State University-Katipunan Campus, where he is currently the Unit Head of Instructional Materials Development. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education, graduated as a government full academic scholar from Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi College of Technology and Oceanography, Tawi-Tawi ( now Mindanao State University-Tawi-Tawi), a master`s degree in education major in Filipino and Doctor of Education major in Educational Administration both from Western Mindanao State University, Zamboanga City. He was a former Program Supervisor of the Dipolog City Schools Division, Department of Education, Dipolog City, before joining Jose Rizal Memorial State University. A former International Education Consultant-Curriculum Specialist of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, under the program Enhancing Education Quality Project of Asian Development Bank (ADB) Grant No. 0090-CAM in coordination with Coffey International Specialist of Australia. A certified National Seminar Facilitator by the National Educator`s Academy of the Philippines, Department of Education. After passing the certification, he served as a speaker on K to 12 Program Seminars, School Head`s Development Program, and other local, regional, and national seminars of the Department of Education.
