Biography

Dr. Ilham, S.T., M.T, was born in Palu on December 31, 1979, graduated from S1 in the Civil Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, University in 2004, graduated from S2 in the Civil Building Rehabilitation and Maintenance Study Program, Sebelas Maret University of Surakarta in 2016, completed his Doctoral education at the Vocational Education Study Program of the State University of Surabaya in 2024. Currently serving as a Policy Material Reviewer at the Directorate of Road Traffic at the Directorate General of Land Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. I actively write scientific articles published in several Scopus-indexed international journals, regularly write books and reviews of international journals, and participate in several international conferences held abroad, including at the University of Barcelona and the University of Malaya.
