Dr. Bernadett Solymosi-Szekeres

Biography

Dr. jur. Bernadett Solymosi-Szekeres PhD is an assistant professor at the Department of Civil Sciences, Faculty of Law, University of Miskolc, Hungary. She researches in the field of labour law and social law. She focuses dogmatic and pragmatic questions including the new forms of work, the equal treatment at the workplace, women's situation, self-employed workers. She also analyses the other dogmatic questions of the changing labour law, like the platform work. She is working as a mediator at Labor Advisory and Dispute Resolution Service. She participates in many research projects and international cooperations.
