Biography
Genaro Tautoan Ardina is a mathematics educator, researcher, and academic leader from Cebu City, Philippines, currently serving as Assistant Professor at the University of Cebu Lapu-Lapu and Mandaue (UCLM) where he also acts as Program Research Coordinator and PRIME Adviser. He holds a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Mathematics from UCLM, a Master of Arts in Education in Mathematics Education from Cebu Normal University (CNU), and is completing his PhD in Education major in Research and Evaluation at CNU. His scholarly work focuses on mathematics education, technology integration, and teacher development, with publications on GeoGebra integration, grounded theory in mathematics learning, and AI-driven classrooms. He has presented at national and international conferences, including ICSTEM 2024, and is recognized for his exemplary teaching, research contributions, and achievements. A licensed professional teacher and active member of organizations such as PAFTE and IAMRI, Ardina continues to advance mathematics education through rigorous research, innovative teaching, and cultural pride.
