Biography

Associate Professor, Master's Supervisor, Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Mentor. Graduated from the University of Sydney, currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of New England and a visiting scholar at Peking University, awarded the "Outstanding Academic Achievement Award." Long engaged in teaching and research in English major courses. In recent years, she has published 46 journal papers and presented at conferences, including 3 papers in SCI journals, 1 paper in SSCI journals, 1 paper in CSSCI journals, and over 10 papers in core scientific and technological journals. She has received more than 10 awards. She has led 7 research projects and participated in 30 projects. She has served as the chief editor and co-editor of 4 textbooks and monographs. She is an executive director of the Internal Medicine Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, an executive director of the Translation Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and a director of the Anthropology Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. She is a peer reviewer for the core scientific journal China Medical Herald and a youth editorial board member for the journal Chinese Scientific and Technical Terms. Wang serves as the secretary for the Master’s Degree Authorization Point in Foreign Language Studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the School of Humanities, responsible for organizing thesis proposals, graduation defenses, and material reviews for the Master's programs in foreign languages and translation related to traditional Chinese medicine. She is currently the head of the "Fang Tingyu Distinguished Teacher Workstation" and the leader of the English Cross-Cultural Communication Course Group in the School of Humanities. Research Interests: English Education, Translation of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Cross-Cultural Communication. Undergraduate Courses Taught: Cross-Cultural Communication, Overview of Chinese Culture, Medical English in Film and Television, IELTS Speaking. Graduate Courses Taught: Specialized Research in Foreign Languages for Traditional Chinese Medicine.
