Biography
Dr. Manuj Awasthi, currently working as a Teaching Associate in the Department of Fruit Science, Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur since July 2022. Despite teaching, he's doing research and extension activities of various Horticultural Crops. He was researched with ICAR-National Bureau of Plant Genetic Resources, New Delhi as a Junior Research Fellow on a DBT-funded project on orchids and citrus species collection and conservation through tissue culture techniques. He was awarded a B.Sc. Degree in Horticulture by HNB Garhwal University (A Central University), Srinagar (Garhwal) Uttarakhand and M.Sc. Degree in Horticulture (Fruit Science) by V.C.S.G. Uttarakhand University of Horticulture and Forestry, Bharsar (Pauri Garhwal), Uttarakhand, and honored with Ph. D in Horticulture by S.V.P. University of Agriculture and Technology, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, having a brilliant academic record. He was also qualified ASRB - NET in Fruit Science.
