Biography

Md. Aynul Bari serves as an Assistant Professor at the PQH School of Education, University of Science and Technology Meghalaya (USTM). His academic journey reflects a diverse and dedicated pursuit of knowledge across multiple disciplines, enhancing his expertise as an educator and researcher. Md. Bari began his academic career with an MA in Political Science, specializing in International Politics from Assam University, Silchar, in 2010. Driven by a commitment to deepen his understanding of political science, he pursued another MA with a focus on Public Administration from the University of Pune, graduating in 2012. His dedication to education continued as he completed his B.Ed. at Barpeta BT College in 2014, followed by an M.Ed. from Gauhati University in 2018. Recognizing the importance of a multidisciplinary approach, he later earned an MA in History from Jamia Millia Islamia University in 2021 through distance education. Currently, Md. Bari is engaged in doctoral studies at USTM, further advancing his academic and research credentials. Md. Bari has made substantial contributions to academic literature, authoring eight articles in UGC CARE-listed journals, three research articles in Scopus-indexed journals, and three additional articles in peer-reviewed journals. His commitment to scholarship is also evident in his editorial work, having edited five books that reflect his dedication to expanding knowledge in his fields of expertise. Md. Bari’s professional development activities underscore his commitment to continuous learning and growth. He has participated in 31 Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), eight workshops, 21 seminars, and nine conferences. Furthermore, he has completed a refresher course under MHRD, two orientation programs through UGCMMTTC, and a UGC-approved short-term course on the implementation of NEP 2020 for university and college teachers under the Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching. In addition to his academic pursuits, Md. Bari is actively involved in several prestigious professional organizations. He is a member of "Third Concept: An International Journal of Ideas," the "Indian Social Science Congress," and the "Eudoxia Research Centre India." He also holds Life Membership in the Assam Sahitya Sabha, demonstrating his commitment to cultural and intellectual enrichment within his community. Md. Aynul Bari’s career reflects a profound commitment to education, research, and professional development.
