He holds an MPhil in Educational Leadership from Qurtuba University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce from Punjab University. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles in educational institutions and NGOs, where he has significantly contributed to the development of school operations, curriculum design, and teacher professionalism. As a PhD scholar, Shahid focuses on the following research areas: Educational Leadership and Management: With extensive experience as Principal, District Coordinator, and Academic Head, he has demonstrated a strong ability to lead and manage academic institutions, improve staff development, and enhance student outcomes through strategic planning and innovative management techniques.
