Biography
Susan is Professor of lifelong Learning at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Previously she was Director of Continuing Education, Director of the Centre for Learning and Innovation in Organizations and Professor of Organizational Studies at the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom. She researches learning and teaching in higher education.
