Biography

Talha Riaz's research interests primarily focus on food science and technology, with a particular emphasis on food packaging and the application of nanocellulose. He is also deeply involved in exploring food safety and quality control, utilising advanced instrumental techniques for food analysis, and investigating the microbiological aspects of food hygiene. Additionally, Talha is keen on studying plant resistance to viral diseases, various food components' antioxidant properties, and enhancing plant-based foods' nutritional profiles.
