Biography
Babita Chatterjee is a Research Scholar at the Department of Humanistic Studies, Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi in India. She has submitted her doctoral thesis. She has a master’s degree in Geography from the University of Burdwan, West Bengal. Her broad research area lies in the ‘Contemporary Livelihood Crisis, Associated Challenges of Marginal Household and an Enquiry of Sustainable Mitigation Strategies.’ Her research interest focuses on Rural Infrastructure development, poverty, social exclusion, etc.
