Education Elementary and High School I started to study at a local elementary school in our municipality through Grade 6, continuing at a government school until Grade 9. My high school education was at the very prestigious Benjama Rachalai, an all-girl school in Bangkok. My curriculum program concentrated in Science and Mathematics. University Bachelor Degree After graduating from high school, I passed the entrance exam to attend Khon Khen University, which is geographically located in northeast Thailand. I majored in Elementary Education for 4 years. I completed my Bachelor Degree in 1983. Master Degree After teaching in a government school in Khon Khen Province for 2 years starting in 1983, I enrolled in the Master Degree in Education program at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok in 1985. I initially attended part-time while continuing to teach at Khon khen. This was rather difficult since Khon Khen is a considerable distance from Bangkok. Since I could not retain my teaching position at Khone Khen while attending University full-time, I elected to resign my teaching position in 1988 and attend Chulalongkorn full-time to complete my Master degree in 1990. Ph.D. Since 2005 I study Ph.D at Burapha University for The degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Human Resource Development International Graduate Studies, I completed my Ph.D. Degree in 2017. Curriculum Vitae Instructor 2001-Present Assistant professor Faculty of Education Ratchathani University, Ubonratchathani Instructor Professional Career Government School, Sra Kaew Province 1983 - 1988 Instructor My professional teaching career started in 1985 after receiving my Bachelor's degree from Khon Kaen in 1983. The school I first taught is located in Sra Kaew province near the Thai – Cambodian border. Essentially a rural community, we had no public water supply or electricity. Training in this environment to assess the educational needs of children in Thai Society inspired me to research at Chulalongkorn and improve the quality of Education in Thai society. Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok 1989 - 1991 Instructor, Supervisor, Best Teacher Award of Thai subject in Sra Kaew Province Year 1989 While attending Chulalongkorn, I was appointed to be a supervisor of undergraduate students who was pursuing a career in teaching. My area of expertise was the curriculum involving teaching subjects related to morality in Thai Buddhist culture. My tenure consisted of a 3 yr term and was, at times, concurrent with my research requirements to complete the Masters's program. Burapha University 1992 - 2021 Faculty of Education Assistant Professor I started in 1992 and have been an instructor of Thai Language and Culture for most of my tenure for Levels 5 and 6 at Piboonbumpen Demonstration School, Faculty of Education, Burapha University, Chonburi. From 1996 thru 2017, I have also taught "Teaching and Curriculum" at the University level and been Departmental Administrative Secretary. Currently, along with teaching Thai Language and Culture for Levels 6 and students at the Faculty of Education. I was: • Head of academic affairs in the bilingual program in the Elementary Department; • Head of the curriculum in the Elementary Department; • Secretary of the Elementary Department and for various special projects; • Member of the committee for Pre-Elementary instruction; • Member of the Academic Committee for Bilingual Instruction (the first one of its kind at Burapha); • Teaching Thai language and culture to A.F.S. and Rotary students fro
