Biography
Dr. Payel Saha completed her graduation from North Bengal University, West Bengal, India, then completed her master in English from Rabindra Bharati University & after that, Bachelor Of Library & Information science, then master of Library & Information Science. She qualified for UGC-NET & completed Ph.D from Utkal University. She has nine years of experience in library services and has published many research papers nationally and internationally.
