Dr. Suman Polaki, a distinguished figure in biotechnology, hails from Bannuwada, Tekkali, Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Born on August 25th, 1989, his academic journey is characterized by excellence. Dr. Polaki holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.Sc. in Biotechnology from Andhra University, where his scholarly pursuits began. His research expertise encompasses diverse areas, from DNA barcoding of mangrove plant species to innovative biotechnological solutions for sustainable agriculture and aquaculture. His dedication to academia is evident through his publication of 18 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, with several more under review. Notably, his work includes investigations into sub-lethal copper toxicity in aquatic organisms and developing novel algorithms for predictive analytics. Dr. Polaki's commitment to education extends beyond research. Under his supervision 1 Ph.D. Scholar Awarded, 2 Ph.D. Scholar Pursing apart from these he also supervised numerous dissertations at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, shaping the future of biotechnology. His contributions to the field have garnered recognition, including awards such as the Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (APSET) in Life Sciences.
