Biography
Dr. Le Zhang obtained his Ph.D. in Area Studies from Kyoto University in 2013. He currently serves as an associate professor in the Department of Sociology at the College of Political Science and Law, Jiangxi Normal University. His research primarily focuses on rural social stratification, livelihood transformation, marriage squeeze, and population migration. He has published over ten articles in academic journals such as the Journal of Rural Studies, The Journal of Peasant Studies, and Land Use Policy.
