Biography
Graduated and Licensed in Political Science (2002 - 2007) from the Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), Master in Public Administration (2009 - 2011) from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), Doctor in Political Science (2014 - 2019) from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). He has professional experience at FGV Projetos, the World Bank, Petrobras, Professor of the Tourism course at the Celso Suckow da Fonseca Federal Center for Technological Education (CEDERJ - CEFET/RJ); Substitute Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), in the department of Political Science and Substitute Professor at the State University of Maranhão (UEMA), in the Department of Social Sciences and Visiting Professor at the Public Administration Graduation (UENF) and at the Post- Degree in Social Policies (UENF).
