Dr. Muhammad Fayyaz Awan

Biography

Muhammad Fayyaz Awan obtained an MA English (Literature & Linguistics) degree from the National University of Modern Language NUML, Karachi to join the teaching profession. He joined Jinnah College of Nursing as an English Lecturer where he has taught English to Nursing students since 2013. He has also taught Teaching & Learning subjects at the same college. He, a devoted scholar, has always worked towards improving the education system as per his capacity. Committed to improving the education system, he acquired B. Ed and M. Ed degrees from NUML. He enrolled in MS education at Sindh Madressa Tul Islam University SMIU, Karachi. Having completed the MS degree, nowadays he is pursuing PhD education degree from the same university. Along with getting higher education, he is also serving as a senior English Lecturer at Sohail University, Karachi. Inspired by educational leadership theories and models, he has tried to propose a model “Fayyaz’s Quintuple Educational Leadership Model.”
