Biography
He received his undergraduate degrees from Karadeniz Technical University, Trabzon, Turkey, in 2006. He obtained his M.Sc. and Ph.D. (Forest Engineering) from the same University in 2008 and 2015, respectively. Both his M.Sc. and Ph.D. dissertations focused on Forest Botany. As a forest botanist, my research encompasses a broad range of botanical disciplines critical to understanding forest ecosystems. My primary interests lie in the study of flora, including the identification, classification, and distribution of plant species within forest environments. I am deeply involved in ethnobotany, exploring the traditional knowledge and uses of plants by local communities, highlighting the intersection of botany and human culture in forest regions. Additionally, I also investigate vegetation, analyzing plant communities, their structure, dynamics, and ecological relationships.
