Amarsanaa Tsendjav

Biography

Tsendsjav Amarsanaa is a Ph.D. in Law and a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Public Law, Shihihutug University, Mongolia. His research focuses on administrative law, constitutional law, and human rights, with a particular emphasis on the legal regulation of human genetics and genetic data protection. His academic work explores the intersection of law, bioethics, and emerging technologies, especially in the context of privacy, bodily integrity, and data governance. He has authored a number of scholarly works on public law and continues to contribute to comparative legal studies and interdisciplinary research.
