Dr. Airis kim Codiñera

Biography

Airis Kim M. Codiñera, Ph.D. is a licensed professional teacher currently serving as Senior High School Teacher III and English Coordinator at Mandaue City Comprehensive National High School – Senior High School Department. She specializes in English language teaching, reading instruction, and academic and technical communication, with strong involvement in curriculum implementation, instructional supervision, and teacher development. Dr. Codiñera actively conducts and mentors educational research focusing on literacy development, educational equity, qualitative and quantitative methodologies, and community-based studies addressing contemporary social and educational issues. She also serves as a resource person, research panelist, and coach in academic writing, editorial and column writing, contributing to school improvement initiatives and the promotion of quality, inclusive, and learner-centered education.
