Biography

Pamreihor Khashimwo is a scholar of international relations whose work spans energy security, foreign policy analysis, and the global political economy. He holds a PhD, MPhil, and MA, and has held multiple research appointments, including Postdoctoral Fellow and research associate-cum-coordinator at the University of Delhi and later as dissertation supervisor and associate lecturer at Arden University. He is currently a dissertation supervisor at GISMA University of Applied Sciences. His publications include books and peer-reviewed articles on foreign policy, international politics, German foreign policy, ethnic conflict, democracy, and Indian politics. His research foregrounds India’s engagements with Germany, Africa, and global climate politics. He also contributes to policy research and leads a REDD+ carbon-credit initiative with the Mirin Climate Centre in Northeast India.
