Dr. Rajnee Gaur

Biography

Dr. Rajnee Gaur is a seasoned academician and a respected leader in the field of education. Holding a Doctorate and M.Phil. in Education, along with postgraduate degrees in Education, English, Sociology, and Psychology, she brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work. With over 17 years of teaching experience, she currently serves as Professor and Principal at Cordia Composite College, part of the Cordia Group of Educational Institutes in Sanghol, Punjab. Dr. Gaur is deeply committed to professional development and academic excellence. She has actively participated in a wide range of faculty development programs, workshops, and seminars, both in India and abroad. Her contributions to academia extend beyond the classroom—she is a published author, a patent holder, and a prolific researcher. Her work has been featured in numerous national and international conferences, as well as in prestigious journals indexed in Scopus, UGC Care, ABDC, and SCI, underscoring her dedication to advancing educational research and innovation.
