Biography
Dr. Manju Choudhary is a dedicated academic and researcher with a strong foundation in community and applied sciences. She earned her B.Sc. from Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University (ANGRAU), Hyderabad, followed by an M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur. With a deep commitment to rural development and community empowerment, Dr. Choudhary has made significant contributions to her field through impactful, practice-oriented research. Her academic portfolio includes the publication of more than 10 research papers in UGC CARE-listed journals, as well as additional publications in peer-reviewed and refereed journals. She has also contributed three book chapters at the national level and serves as a reviewer for several international journals. Dr. Choudhary’s research is centred around sustainable development, with a focus on training, livelihood analysis, impact assessment, and community-based interventions. Her work addresses a wide array of interdisciplinary themes, including development communication, maternal and child nutrition, adolescent health, menstrual hygiene, climate change and women, urbanisation, gender studies, social inclusion, and nutrition security. Recently, she has also shown an interest in the intersection of artificial intelligence and nutrition. Driven by a passion to bridge the gap between research and real-world impact, Dr. Choudhary continues to work toward innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the quality of life in rural communities.
