Dr. Luluk Elyana, M.Si. is an academic, researcher, expert, and manager of early childhood education (ECE) institutions in Ivet University Semarang Indonesia,, with a deep focus on educational management, curriculum development, and the integration of technology into parenting. As an institutional manager, she seamlessly combines organizational governance with pedagogical innovation. Throughout her academic and professional career, she has consistently explored how good school governance and innovative learning media can improve the quality of children's education in Indonesia. Main Research Focus Areas 1. Curriculum Development and Transformation Dr. Luluk is an active figure in guiding the transition of ECE curricula in Indonesia. Her research encompasses the analysis of the Merdeka Curriculum (Independent Curriculum), the New Paradigm Curriculum, and the development of a curriculum alignment model for non-formal education. She emphasizes the importance of an integrative holistic curriculum capable of fostering self-regulated learning in early childhood. 2. Parenting Management and Digitalization One of Dr. Luluk's significant contributions is in the area of Parenting Classes through e-learning media and digital multimedia.
