Biography
Carla Isabel Mota de Carvalho, 48 years old, Portuguese nationality. Completed a PhD in Social Education from the University of Granada in 2008 and a PhD in Social Service, from the University Institute of Lisbon - ISCTE, in 2023. Social Worker and Technical Director at Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Oliveira de Azeméis, from 1999 until February 2022 . Lecturer at Universidade Lusófona do Porto, from 2009 until September 2022. Adjunct professor, at the Instituto Superior de Ciências Educativas, in Douro - Penafiel, from 2021 until July 2022. Adjunct guest professor at the Instituto Politécnico de Viseu - Escola Superior de Tecnologia and Lamego Management. Trainer and Consultant, in the social areas and gender equality. Author of articles, book chapters and books. Integrated member of the CI&DEI Research Center.
