Dr. Mopailo Thatelo

Biography

Mopailo Thomas Thatelo is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Communication Science, at the University of South Africa (Unisa). He teaches media and political communication at undergraduate and post-graduate. His research interests are in rhetoric, visual political communication, African indigenous language and media, and representation of Black women in political communication. He holds PhD from the North -West University, South Africa. He published widely on the subject of political communication. He has supervised master's and PhD students in the subject of visual political communication.
