Ishani Vajpai

Biography

Ishani Vajpai is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from the School of Liberal Arts, IIT Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. Her research interests are Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Sociology of Professions, and Sociology of IT sector Work and Industry. She has three years of professional experience in the IT sector as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer. She has been academically strong throughout and is the top performer in her Ph.D., with a 10 CGPA at her current institution. She was provided with DAAD funding for presenting her work at SMUS 2023, at IIT Roorkee. She has presented research work at various International and National Conferences. She has published 3 Journal papers and 1 Book Chapter. She is also a reviewer for the Journal of Infrastructure, Policy, and Development. She completed her M.B.A. in Human Resource and Marketing Management in the year 2018 and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering in the year 2014.
