Biography
Yilun specialises in encapsulation technologies for bioactive materials and their industrial applications. His current research focuses on developing a platform technology for improving enzyme thermal stability and bioavailability. ​Yilun obtained a BE in Energy and Environmental Engineering at Zhejiang University (China), a ME in Chemical Engineering, and a PhD at the University of Queensland (Australia).
