Dr. Fei Lu

Biography

Dr. Fei Lu is currently Director of International Cooperation and MBA Program Advisor at Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM), Thailand. She holds a Ph.D. in Management (Summa Cum Laude) from the National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). With over 15 years of academic experience in international higher education, her research focuses on marketing, consumer behavior, green human resource management, and sustainability. Dr. Lu has published extensively in SCOPUS- and TCI-indexed journals (Q1–Q3) and serves as an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Business and Economics Research. She is also an active peer reviewer for several international journals, including International Journal of Business Communication, Journal of Financial Services Marketing, and Frontiers in Psychology. Her methodological expertise includes advanced quantitative analysis using SEM, SPSS, AMOS, and SmartPLS. Her work bridges academic research and industry practice, particularly through international collaboration, MBA education, and applied research in business innovation and sustainability.
