Biography
Dr. Akingunloye Babatunde Akinwande is a scholar in educational administration whose research interest spans resource management skills, school effectiveness, teacher well-being and professional development, critical thinking in Nigerian school curricula, and artificial intelligence in education administration. His recent work explores optimising the health and professional well-being of university lecturers, linking educational leadership with occupational health in higher institutions. I currently lecture at the Federal College of Education and have served as a research assistant on various nationally and internationally funded projects, including studies with UNFPA, Malaria Consortium, and 360 HSDC. I have published in peer-reviewed journals on themes such as quality assurance in education, employability skills, and adolescent reproductive health. I am a fellow of the Ife Institute of Advanced Studies (IIAS) and a member of NAEAP and CCEAM, and I have experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. I am enthusiastic about contributing to peer review processes that uphold academic integrity.
