Biography
I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Resources Management at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz, Poland. I hold a Ph.D. in management sciences, which I obtained in 2019. My doctoral dissertation, entitled “Transfer of Good Practices in Human Resources Management from Business to Local Government Units,” focused on the diffusion of HRM practices across organizational sectors. I currently serve as Deputy Head and a member of the Program Council of the Center for Sustainable Development Studies at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz. The Center is dedicated to promoting interdisciplinary research on sustainability in social, economic, and environmental contexts. I am also a supervisor of the Student Academic Association “Personalni” at the Faculty of Management, University of Lodz. At present, I am involved in several research projects, including “Green Human Resource Management and Environmental Performance of Enterprises: Mediation Analysis in a Multi-Level Approach” funded by the National Science Centre (2024–2027), “Generation Alpha Expectations Towards Employers” (2023–2026), and “Good Practices of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) in Enterprises: International Experiences,” funded under the University of Lodz Excellence Initiative – Research University programme (2021–2026). I am the author and co-author of numerous publications in the areas of green human resource management, intergenerational management, and sustainable development.
