Biography
Dr. Jeanette Olivo is a Middle School Principal at an international school in Central America with over 25 years of experience in education. She holds a Doctorate in Education with specializations in Instructional Leadership and Social-Emotional Learning, as well as a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. Her work focuses on integrating academic and social-emotional development to support holistic student growth. Her research interests include Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and competency development, instructional leadership and coaching, growth mindset and academic outcomes, and school climate and student well-being. She is particularly interested in the integration of cognitive, emotional, and purpose-driven learning (IQ–EQ–SQ). Dr. Olivo has led initiatives in curriculum design, teacher coaching, and school improvement, and is committed to advancing high-quality, impactful educational research.
