Dr. Rayner Bin Tangkui is a distinguished Malaysian academic, specializing in Computer in Education. He hails from the Kadazandusun race, a native ethnic group in Sabah, Malaysia. Dr. Rayner has made significant contributions to the field of education through his teaching and research, focusing on the integration of computer technology in teaching methodologies.
